Export Goods Inspection Certificate:For export goods that require legal inspection, this certificate must be obtained.

a) Acceptance of notification:That is, an application for examination of foreign trade relations is submitted to the trade inspection agency.
b) The sample:Commercial inspection agencies conduct on-site inspection and identification of goods.
c) The testing:After establishing the content, standards and methods of inspection, the goods are inspected.
d) Certificate of issuance:Goods qualified for inspection will be issued a stamp or covered with a stamp on the Export Goods Customs Statement.

Customs reporting procedures:It must be carried out by professionals with customs declaration certificates and the following documents must be prepared.

a) The box:Provided by the exporter, detailed description of the packaging of export products.
b) The invoiceProvided by the exporter to certify export products.
c) Customs reporting orders:Certificate of customs agency reporting by units or individuals without customs reporting capacity.
Export of nuclear weapons:Provided by the Foreign Exchange Administration, the document proves that the export unit has received a refund of tax (Note: This document has been cancelled as of August 1, 2012).
e) Certificate of Commercial Inspection:Exit inspection inspection department or designated inspection agency issued to prove the goods inspection qualified.
